Features
Nano-nylon water meter body and pressure bearing parts are made from our patent product- Special Material for water meter. It has already passed the pattern experiment organized by the states legal department and obtained the pattern authorization certificate and the permit for manufacturing measurement appliances. It has excellent performances with the following features:
1.The product is in line with the requirement of the Ministry of Health on Sanitary Standard for Drink Watersanitary and safe. Effectively put an end to the energy cost and pollution during the process of producing iron or copper water meter bodies, thoroughly eliminate secondary pollution when be used, truly realize energy saving and environmental-friendly. It is the best product to replace cast iron water meter as well as copper etc.
2. Due to the very good intensity and tenacity performances, the product can pass the leakage test of 2.56 MPa for 15 min & 3.2 MPa for 1 min, and can bear a maximum pressure 4.5MPa, without leakage, let-out or damage. Meanwhile, the product can bear superior torsion.
3. The product has good weatherability. According to the aging test under -40and 80 by Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, results of every test item are in line with the standards. It has outstanding anti-aging performance and can be used for more than 50years.
4. The product has good dimension stability and low coefficient of linear expansion so that the consistency of calibration and the stability of indication can be assured.

Assembly Method
1. In order to effectively guarantee the sealing performance and indication stability, we use O seal ring and plastic ring together instead of traditional flat seal ring.
2. Put the mechanism into the body and fix it on the calibration device. Put the plastic ring on the concave part of the mechanism, then the seal ring. Finally mount the glass and fix the cover.
Notice
1. In order to guarantee the sealing performance and decrease the indication error, the material of O seal ring must be of better quality. We can purchase them for customers.
2. Different from iron and copper meter body, clamping pressure must be cut down when calibrating. Otherwise, put the mechanism into the body first, then fix it on the calibration device and fasten the cover. Put forth your strength evenly and moderately as far as possible.
3. Avoid serious bump and press during moving and producing to prevent the damage of the meter surface, especially screw threads. Avoid touching corrosive substances.
